• Promoting sales and customer service culture through coaching, mentoring, guidance and motivating staff.
• Monitoring staff performance and ensuring additional training is provided as and when required.
• Ensuring adequate staffing levels by effectively managing resource utilization.

• Making sure front office policies and procedures are being adhered by branch staff.

• Fortifying user profiles on the front office payment processing systems are kept up-to-date by every member of the branch.
• Monitoring day-to-day operations of the branch including anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Keeping a track of knowledge and competency of the branch staff to ensure there is awareness and vigilance with regard to Anti-money laundering at all times.
• Managing end-of-day cashier balancing (R1) and preparing all necessary documentation for Head Office.
• Liaising complete communication between Head Office and branch staff.
