• Generate sales leads and acquire new accounts

• Acquire new leads and convert to accounts
• Manage RFQ/RFI and responsible for timely submission of comprehensive bid

• Act as the main focal point of contacts for all matters specific to customers and principals
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer’s needs and objectives
• Prepare reports on account status
• Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales team to ensure growth sales
• Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Collaborate with Business Development Team for new business ventures
• Extensive involvement in sales and marketing of major HVAC equipment such as Cooling Towers for District Cooling, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units, Indoor Air Quality System, Plate Heat Exchangers, Calorifiers, Solar Water Heaters, Air Purification Unit / Ecology Unit, etc.
• Prepare tender quotation, product selection using software application and comprehensive technical submittal in accordance with specifications and industry standards.
• Attend technical & commercial meetings with Contractors / Consultants / Clients.
• Negotiate and close job deals.
• Prepare purchase orders, orders acknowledgment, coordinate with principals overseas to ensure on-time delivery and on time payments
• Assist the project manager in procurement activity for turnkey projects and selection of equipment.
• Involve in getting the product specified through major Consultants for project under design stage.
