Description: This is a customization of TCS BaNCS Insurance product for LIC International to provide end to end enterprise level software solutions.
Client Overview: LIC International (B.S.C.) is an international venture of LIC India. LIC (Life Insurance Corporation of India) is the 30th largest insurer in the world and India's largest life insurance company with a market share of more than 78 percent resulting from more than 32 crores policies.
Role/ Responsibilities: As Onsite Co-ordinator, my primary responsibilities included requirement gathering, technical and business consultancy, on demand development, issue tracking and their resolution, liaison between the offshore team and client, code review and deployment of deliverable, conducting training session, helping client in acceptance testing, reviewing the quality and scalability of deliverable.

Role/ Responsibilities: As team member, the prime responsibilities involved helping and suggesting the technical architects in design preparation and data modelling. Code development, implementation and deployment of programs. Performing unit testing, preparation of test cases and issue resolution. Conducted nation wide product training session across India covering more than 20 divisional head office branches.

Description: The project involved customization of IIMS (Insurance Product of TCS BaNCS Product Suite) for HNB Sri Lanka.
Client Overview: HNB Assurance PLC is a subsidiary of Hatton National Bank, a leading commercial bank in the private sector. The company deals in life as well as general insurance including medical insurance. It is the first insurance company to achieve the 1 billion rupee landmark in only 5 years after inception.
Role/ Responsibilities: As team member of offshore delivery team, my prime responsibilities involved development of software modules as per the design documents. Developing client side, server side java components and PL/SQL procedures. Preparation of test cases and traceability matrix. Issue resolution, implementation and deployment of deliverable.
