Project Control
* Supervising the planning & scheduling, cost engineering, quantity tracking, manpower control and other project controls
functions of the projects and the staff involved.
* Analyzing the current construction schedule versus its baseline, revenue forecast versus contract provisional price, productivity
versus budget or target and cost-to-complete projection versus budget and highlight to Project Management accordingly.
* Assisting engineering & procurement disciplines in preparing technical document register & procurement tracking register and
providing input as required.
* Monitoring the work in progress with respect to the approved schedules/milestones and preparing weekly/ monthly progress
reports.
* Preparing Schedule, Manpower/Equipment Loading, S-curve and continuous updating & review to ensure milestones
achievement and timely completion of the project.
* Ensuring evidence of controls implementations are maintained for reference upon request.
* Preparing controls report required by the Project Manager, Head Office and Client.
