Work with government agencies, schools and boards, focusing on the provision and coordination of support in all aspects of school leadership and governance. Develop good professional coaching relationships with school leaders. Ensure that leaders and communities have access to expertise, programmes, resources, that allow children and young people to reach their full potential. Support communities of schools, priority schools and student achievement projects. Lead internal/external evaluation, quality assurance and school improvement initiatives within schools and across a region.
