I commenced in 1994 in a steel engineering firm where i had to learn all different machines. Setting and operating. Working with viniers and micrometers. In the Novo shop I was captain that had to sort out problems with machines as well as employees. I advanced to where i started programming machines without the diploma. Also very good with troubleshooting on these machines. Worked with Fanuc, Siemens, Mazelto.
