- Handling cross browser compatibility issues.
- Customizing & Styling Web Applications and CMS to meet the Clients needs.
- Information Architecture.
- Turn PSD mock-ups into pixel perfect web pages across all major browsers.

- Experience in creating intuitive & inspiring designs for Web | Mobile | Print | UX | UI.

- Managing design direction of an external production vendor, providing & taking design feedback, coaching & oversight, to produce effective ads within established design standards.

- Flesh out & implement well thought-out designs, presentations & documentation for new advertising products while continuing to optimize existing ones.

- Researching & driving design based on advertising industry standards, processes and associated technology.

- Establishing creative vision & influencing strategic design direction while meeting business needs.

- Collaborative & pragmatic who’s all about solving visual design problems.

- Design e-publications, & advertisements for the web and print.

- Consulting with salespeople & external clients to help optimize media campaigns & proposals.

- Strong sense of aesthetics and design elements such as: color, balance and typography

- Update websites while maintaining look and feel.

- Possess a passion for internet standards and keep them in mind while designing.

- Good communication skills, strong attention to details, team work, time management, multi-tasking, & creativity.

- Design in-house publications such as stationery, business forms and applications.

- Experience in Adobe Creative suite.

- Experience in Wireframe Tools & Sketch.

- Knowledge of the .Net framework applications and Web 2.0.

- Experience with usability testing and user research.

- Knowledge of web accessibility.

- Working knowledge of PHP, ASPX, SEO, & Javascript.
