Carrying out site safety induction as well as identifying staff training requirements
Liaise with the client on HSE issues and participate in the joint site inspection
Prepare and delivering TBT, checking the presence of all the workers in the meeting and their attendances are recorded.
Inspect the work site daily to ensure that safe practices are followed at job site.
Prepare the HSE performance report and present HSE statistical summary during the management HSE monthly meeting
Relate with the client as regarding PTW and all safety related issues.
Inspects and checks worksites to ensure that all operations are being conducted in a safe manner and the personnel are all equipped and wearing the appropriate PPE.
Reviews, updates and maintains EHS manual, policies and procedures including related documentation to
ensure compliance with established standards.
✓ Implements safety techniques and other analyses to assess risks in order to identify and prevent hazards
that may lead to significant losses and forward this information to the EHS manager and concerned
parties to minimize the occurrence of risk of such hazards.
✓ Conducts regular audits and inspection to ensure EHS standards are maintained including audits of work
permits, LOTO system and Fire Protection System
✓ Prepares safety reports timely and accurately to meet company and department requirements
✓ Inspects and checks worksites to ensure that all operations are being conducted in a safe manner and
that personnel are all equipped and wearing the appropriate PPE.
✓ Inspection and keeping records in all the vehicle before handover to driver.
✓ Inspection of equipment making sure it is good working condition upon delivery to the client.

Training housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks Overseeing staff performance on a daily basis
Ensure excellence in housekeeping sanitation safety comfort for the hotel guest.
Assigning housekeeping tasks to staff and inspecting work to ensure that the prescribed standards of cleanliness are met.
Supervise, and co-ordinate the work of housekeeping personnel on a day-to-day basis as well as assigning housekeeping duties and responsibilities.
• Take measurements and do planning on spare dies and special projects.
• Strictly follow the instruction from work shop in-charge for need regarding tools, materials, and auxiliary equipment and machine spare.
• Make sure that the measuring instrument/devices which required to be calibrated by checking their calibrated labels.
• Reports needed Repair of unsafe condition.
• Implement good housekeeping practices.
