- Effectively assist the public and employees.
- Answer calls and determine how calls should be routed.
- Answer routine questions; and distribute and explain forms such as leave forms, gate passes, petty cash vouchers, liquidation forms, and employee information sheets.
- Prepare, process, and review different variety of documents such as Pre-interview questionnaires, IQ Exams, Applications, Employees records, and HR Files.
- Prepare and process Visa and Insurance application of employees going abroad for related works/projects.
- Schedule and organize meetings and company events/occasions/activities.
- Sort and distribute mails; maintaining some employees and departmental files.
- Assist in the recruitment process, mail applicant notification, calling applicants for scheduling, and administering exams.
- Maintaining monthly office supplies, for purchasing and receiving.
- Operate variety of office equipment including computer, related software, photocopier, and printer.
- Preparing the monthly Punctuality Report of employees.
- In-charge with the vehicle registration, checking of required documents, releasing of stickers and parking allotments inside the company.
- Perform any other tasks or functions deemed necessary to the daily operations of the employer.
