Job Description:
* Uploading Documents through Primavera Contract Management (PCM).
* Responsible for administrative support to the Senior Resident Engineer and Site Staff.
* Handles all the office correspondences and document administration of soft and hard copies.
* Maintains log books for all incoming and outgoing correspondences, reports, Minutes of Meetings,
Interim Payments e.g. data filing system.
* Handles the site office related work like E-mails, photocopies, faxing, data entries.
* Reports directly to Senior Resident Engineer for instructions
