Gathering all the important datas of passengers inquiring for monthly service pool.
Getting prospect passenger home and work locations. and forwarding it to operation team to evaluate their requested routes.
Checking on-boarded passengers regarding their experience with the service, feedback or complains as such.
Reminding the on boarded passengers regarding their payment on or before en of the month to ensure all are paying on time and equally.
