Create Marketing materials and presentations for different prospects/service markets.
Translate customer requirements into technical monitoring and detection solutions.
Collaborate on the integration of security tools into the global monitoring and detection framework.
Involvement in the development of company’s own dedicated automation platform for reporting and enforcement procedures in case of incident. Prioritize, delegate, and track multiple tasks and formulate responses/recommendations to customers and team members in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure team members follow established procedures; support incident response activities. Mentor team members, provide training to Incident Response Analysts on security tools as needed. Coordinate sales department in selling video monitoring services and increase customer portfolio.
Establish strategic partnerships with re-sellers and security providers.

Responsible for managing the project from initial inception and creating policies and procedures for video monitoring systems. Recruit, train and schedule operators for the Station.
Manage the Station infrastructure, i.e. video monitoring platforms, telephone and reporting system.
Ensure quality performance by analyzing central station data including recorded telephone calls for accuracy and training opportunities.
Coordinate account implementation; develop customized response and procedures for operators and protocol for responses.
Maintain customer relations; address issues with clients as needed.
Prepare and maintain Station compliant with UL standards, coordinate preparation and responses for periodic inspections. Support the North America Sales Manager to ensure all renewals are submitted timely.
Create training materials and ensure resources are current and available to all team members.
Create Operations Manual and Disaster Response Plan and train all team members based on it; update manual as needed.
Work with team supervisors to support investigation of incidents using data, event graphs, annotations, cases, and reports as needed.
Provide necessary data to Financial Department; create and issue invoices to customers.
Assists the Chairman with strategic planning and organization development; provide accurate analysis and reporting of accounts.
