Project profile: Project aimed at offering administration, support and development services for project management, reporting and approval workflow applications.
Job profile: System Administrator (April 2011 - April 2013), Senior System Administrator (April 2013 - July 2014), Systems Administration Leader (August 2014 - present).
Key activities as System Administration Leader:
- Train the new joiners and the existing team mates on any new process or changes in the existing ones;
- Knowledge transfer onto our worldwide teams (Philippines&Mexico);
- Define the requirements and manage the UATs;
- Offer guidance to users via chat, e-mail and telephone on administration and complex queries for the application into the project portfolio;
- Keep the admin processes and procedures up to date and elaborate new processes whenever necessary;
- Run metrics on the overall project activity, processing times and team workload;
- Define the administration processes and Admin Processes Calendar; schedule the administration activities;
- Control the execution of tasks and checklists; monitor the workload and prioritize where need be;
- Plan, organize and lead the administration team meetings.

Key activities as Senior Systems Administrator and Systems Administrator:

- Offer guidance to the new members of the admin team on our processes/procedures;
- Offer guidance to users related to administration and level1 queries;
- Production of metrics reports.
