 Responsible for the day to day functioning of Finance Department at the Corporate Office, leading a team of 4 Accountants and 2 HR Executives.
 Supervision of Finance operations in 6 Branches across Saudi Arabia. Duties include ensuring all transactions are properly recorded as per SOCPA, Monthly Receivables and ageing review, Payables analysis, Staff relations and checking of salary statements. Ensuring timely submission of all Management reports like Sales analysis, Monthly Trial Balance and Balance Sheet, Budget analysis and reporting of variance etc.
 Filing of Monthly VAT returns and replying to queries raised by Zakat Department
 Review of terms of Credit to Customers, Discount policy, ageing analysis to ensure
compliance with the Company’s set Credit Standards.
 Preparing final accounts in compliance with the country’s accounting regulations.
 Filing of Annual Zakat returns and obtaining compliance certificate.
 Ratio Analysis of Balance Sheet, feasibility reports for Major Contracts and Preparing Annual Budget.
 Managing the company’s treasury, investments and funds requirements.
 Preparing budgets for operations, implementing budgetary control & analyzing variance.
 Relationship management with financial institutions and banks and negotiating better rates for term finance & working capital.
 Monitoring the disbursal and utilization of working capital/ funds and ensuring timely settlement of both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
 Forecasting the annual Foreign Exchange needed, ensuring adequate availability and hedging against market fluctuations.
 Providing support to the Sales department regarding pricing of tenders.
 Drafting and opening the L/C’s, ensuring compliance with supplier’s requirements and clearing import documents.
 Generating the MIS & communicating the organization’s financial health to the management.
 Managing and growing the investible funds; evaluating equity, mutual funds, bonds and other options to optimize risk and growth.
 Assuring compliance with statutory regulations and continuously enhancing the financial processes and systems.
