As a System Engineer in CBIC organization, I am responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and upgrading our IT infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of our systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any issues and ensure that our systems are optimized for performance and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficient in using ServiceNow ticketing tool.
• Manage O365, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, and
Outlook.
• Prepare and manage data using Microsoft Excel and
Word.
• Administer Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Provide remote user support and resolve hardware and
software issues.
• Manage IT assets and maintain asset reports.
• Support VPN connections for remote employees.
• Administer DHCP and DNS.
• Deploy, update, and troubleshoot McAfee Enterprise,
antivirus, Endpoint Security, Proxy Agents, DLP Agents,
and AV.
• Deploy OS and software using System Centre
Configuration Manager (SCCM) console.
• Deploy MAC OS (Monterey).
Projects and Achievements during BCA Studies: Final Year Project: Developed a comprehensive library management system using PHP and MySQL, which streamlined book tracking and management processes. -Team Leader: Led a team of four in a semester-long project to create an e-commerce website, enhancing skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend development. - Academic Excellence: Consistently ranked among the top 10% of the class, achieving high grades in key subjects like Data Structures, Database Management Systems, and Software Engineering. - Technical Workshops: Participated in workshops and seminars on emerging technologies such as cloud computing, IoT, and cybersecurity. - Internship Experience: Completed a summer internship at a local IT firm, gaining practical experience in network administration and IT support. These activities not only honed my technical skills but also developed my teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
