• Preparing Pre-& post shipping documents for Export/Import shipments.
• Plan & supervise Import & Export Shipments
• Responsible for making shipment arrangement as per customer's requirements.
• Arranging Certificate of Conformity, Pre-Shipment Inspection from Certified agents such as BUREAU VERITAS / SGS as per destination regulatory System.
• Making proper shipment planning, co-ordinate with Warehouse, sales & accounts department of execution of Export Shipment Supports bid process by identifying suppliers with competitive prices.
• Freight Negotiations with Freight Forwarders.
• Coordinating with freight forwarders for container release
• Liaise with freight forwarders to provide container numbers & BL instruction before load list cut-off time & date, get the drafts confirmed & issue Original / Express BL for the shipments.
• Preparation of Export documents as per L/C requirements and timely submission to banks
• Dispatching Original shipping documents, Tracking & updating client on shipment ETD & ETA status.
• Trained & Experiences in handling letter of credit shipments
• Handling land shipments
• Freight Negotiations with transporters, arranging transportation & forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per the schedule.

• Control of MIS reports for Pending/Executed orders to the Reporting Manager
