Closely coordinate with the construction team for the day to day inspection schedule.Prepare inspection request for the consultant .Prepare site and quality observation, Non conformance report. Prepare Progress report .Conduct site inspection and daily project coordination.Conduct field talk. Maintain a favorable working relationship with all associates to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment.
• Tasked with supervision of proper documentation for FTD
• Coordinate with different department to assemble, collate data and prepare engineering documents for final submission
• Prepare operation and maintenance manual as per the outline set for the project.
• Prepare final turnover documents and transmit to the client as per handover procedure.
• Supervise all final turnover document books to be smoothly transmitted to the client
• Tasked with the supervision of the civil/structural package component of awarded projects for project implementation, with the execution of the whole project and supervisory role, coordinating with concerned project engineering disciplines, along with the proponent ensuring a smooth completion.
• Verification of subcontractor's accomplishment based on site condition.
• Checking and analyses all work performed to ensure compliance with the quality requirements.
• Reporting to MTCC Project Manager, conducting survey of overhead power line distribution and cathodic protection station which include staking of fence post, terminal pole hole, anode bed hole, anchor hole & marking of pole line distribution. Provide surveys on clearances of overhead conductors, revision of plans for pole distribution line when necessary. Drafting plans & layout staking as per design requirement of Saudi Aramco.
• Prepare as-built drawings for completed work. Prepare as-built quantities to provide information as required to complete invoice processing as per the completed scope of work. Communicate with Saudi Aramco Project Engineers & Inspectors for job completion based on Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards & Procedures.
• Coordinate function with the Project Engineer, quality control checks like field measurements and corrective action for quality assurance to complete the various activities of the projects.
• Check and verification of site, measurement of completed works. daily reports & progress regarding the job. Attending the progress meetings.
• Record all vendor certification, drawings, specifications, catalog references, approval of shop drawings etc. Compilation along with the field measurement taken for submission to Saudi Aramco.
