Position: - Electrical Team Leader
Main Responsibility:-
- Revise and study project drawings, and determine, in coordination with Project Manager, relevant staffing needs to fulfill the design/shop-drawing related aspects of the project efficiently and effectively.
- Handle and arrange meetings with the project’s client/consultant to coordinate the project’s Electrical needs and requirements, solve any problems, or clarify technical issues.
- Prepare technical shop drawings, whenever required, on paper and digital format that respond to set technical specifications and quality standards, and conform to recognized procedures.

- Prepare the electrical organization chart and send for approval from owner.
- Prepare hiring plan for the new engineers and make interviews for new candidates.
- Handle and manage all the electrical teams in different projects include ( technical office & QC and construction engineers)
- Write and submit a monthly report for each project to the Project Manager and/or Engineering Manager to monitor and evaluate the project’s technical progress and performance with regards to Shop Drawing and Design.
- Follow day to day progress with the projects electrical team and review the daily and weekly reports.
- Obtain and assemble all technical information, data, and drawings needed from relevant departments for full coordination of Shop Drawing across the Civil/Structure, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) designs
- Conduct an initial Quantity Survey (QS) to support the Procurement department in determining the needed quantities to plan for subcontractors’ deals; and provide clarification for QS team on site whenever needed.
- Handle and meeting the suppliers to discuss the offer pricing and make technical and commercial evaluation.
- Handle and meeting the electrical subcontractor to discuss the offer pricing and technical requirement to prepare the contract with subcontractor.

FOR: Technical office WORKS
- Attend all meeting with owner and consultant and review tender drawing
- Make shop drawing and design drawing
- Revise ARECH drawing and co-ordinate it with electrical drawing
- Make co-ordination drawing between MEP drawing and other trades
- Submit all material drawing for approval
- Make survey for electrical material and component
- Make purchasing order for electrical material
- Make invoice for electrical work
- Make variation order for all new work
FOR : Site WORKS
- Responsible for all electrical trades.
- Lighting and power race way and pull wires.
- Cable pulling and voltage drop calculation
- Low current (fire alarm system - data -telephone -access control).
- Bollard system and barrier system .
- Install cable routing trunk and tray race way
My work is a site engineer we follow up all work in the site and finish all the desirsd work on the time
We finish all the electrical works in the site such as (lighting-sockets-fire alarm system- and all work)
