- Advice on a wide range of issues related to all types of laws i.e. corporate, banking, investment, labor, capital market and civil etc.
- Advise the company concerning legal matters on business transactions, claims, legal rights etc.
- Prepares contracts, agreements that relate to companies business.
- Review contracts agreements proposed by clients and others in line with the corporate structure and strategies.
- Represent the company in litigation and legal proceedings.
- Responsible for following up with company's solicitor and law firms in order to draft MOU, development agreements, conveyance and other formalities.
- Examines legal data to determine advisability for defending or prosecuting lawsuits and prepares legal briefs, develops strategy, arguments and testimony in preparation for presentation of cases;
- Draft commercial agreements & contracts like sourcing, agency agreement, and non disclosure agreements.
- Follows-up on legal cases (litigations) that have been referred to law firms and provides legal assistance for day-to-day operations of the company whenever necessary.
- Interact & brief with legal councils and law firms.
- Issue of legal notice and replies to legal notices.
- Draft, view & advice on legal agreements with overseas customers. Interpret laws statuses, decisions, rulings and regulations and handle all legal cases filed by or against the company.
- Responsible for all matters related to insurance including insuring property, goods & people, negotiating with insuring companies, claim submission & follow up representing the company before insurance authorities, handling all legal issues related with insurances.
- Aware and keep constantly up to date with new local and international laws.
-Handle specific legal issues for the company such as collections and discipline when required.
