I have been responsible for completing the requirements for obtaining licenses and government platforms, as well as maintaining official records for the company. This includes opening specialized accounts to facilitate both internal and external company procedures.

In addition, I have been instrumental in formulating policies and internal procedures for the company, as well as preparing transaction forms for employees. This has involved establishing a dedicated Human Resources department, including government relations, recruitment, individual services, payroll, and administrative affairs.

I am responsible for overseeing the workforce planning activities within the company, ensuring the recruitment and placement of qualified individuals for vacant positions. Additionally, my role includes managing the budgetary requirements of the company, both internally and in coordination with government entities and support organizations. Moreover, I am also involved in representing our organization at exhibitions and conferences.

I am responsible for salary and benefits management in our organization. My primary role involves updating, modifying, adding, and deleting salary transfers while ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee salaries also in charge of monitoring salary updates through governmental platforms and addressing any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, I handle the preparation of end-of-service benefits and vacation entitlements for our employees.

I am responsible for overseeing all government, service, and professional licensing platforms that serve our organization's interest (Qiwa, Mudad, Muqeem, balady, Taqat, HRSD, Chamber, STC, Zain, Tamm, Aldrees, ets)

One of my key responsibilities has been to develop organizational structures and job descriptions for specialized departments based on project activities. Furthermore, I have collaborated with the tendering department to identify job vacancies for each new project, taking into consideration the study and service provided.

I successfully implemented the SAP program for the Human Resources department. This has greatly enhanced our ability to streamline processes and provide efficient support and assistance to our staff.

I am proud to share that, throughout my tenure, I have been fortunate to recruit and manage a team of over 450 employees, serving five major projects. This experience has provided me with valuable insights into business development, as well as the ability to provide specialized administrative consultations and support.
