-Oversee the operation and maintenance of data center infrastructure, including servers, networking equipment, storage systems, and cooling systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
-Forecast future capacity requirements, monitor resource utilization, and plan for expansion or consolidation of data center resources to meet current and future business needs efficiently.
-Deploy, monitor and maintain the data center infra (server, storage, and backup), including temperature, humidity, power, cooling systems and fire system to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime, including equipment installation, maintenance (PM/CM), and decommission establish and enforce stringent security protocols to protect sensitive data, including physical access controls, CCTV and cybersecurity measures.
-Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
-Manage vendor relationships, including procurement, contract negotiations, and performance evaluations develop and manage the data center budget, forecasting expenses, and optimizing operational costs.
lead and mentor a team of data center technicians and engineers, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
-Building and developing the data centers strategy to accommodate all related stakeholders' requirements creating and implementing the plan of monetizing the data center facilities and generating the highest values out of it.
-Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize downtime and data loss in the event of a disaster or system failure, conducting regular testing and updates as needed.
-Maintain accurate documentation of data center procedures, configurations, and incidents, and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to support decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.
-Provide expert-level technical guidance and leadership to teams involved in cloud projects, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, standards, and best practices.
-Provide managed services & professional services for entities hosted on our G-cloud which include VMware platform, Network, firewall, F5 (LTM and WAF).
-Supervision migration assessment in network and system levels from on-prem to G-cloud.
-Establish G-cloud frameworks, policies, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, security standards, and cost optimization goals.
-Lead cloud migration initiatives, assessing current IT environments, identifying migration strategies, and creating migration plans to transition workloads to the cloud efficiently AS-IS & TO BE).
-Design & deploy north/south and east/west firewall roles (Interface, HA, VPN site to site, Zones, policies and rules).
-Design & implement F5 LTM & WAF for multi entities hosted in our G-cloud.

-Providing consultation to enhance IAAS environment for multi entities.
-Troubleshooting, Investigate and resolve complex technical issues related to cloud infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
-Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows to streamline provisioning, deployment, and management of cloud resources, improving operational efficiency.

-A member of the change management team for reviewing the changes and sharing recommendation with considering cybersecurity risk assessment with mitigations, change evaluation in order to determine if requested business or infra changes are achievable in compliance with change control policies and procedure, and NCA regulation.
-Conduct studies for strategic and technical plans, OPEX & CAPEX budgeting, design of network, security, systems, infra consolidation, virtualization & optimization, evaluation of department services/ technology to ensure a cost/operations reduction with achieving the target goals for current and future development & projects.
