• Recording daily journal entries and invoices
(Enter all kind of transactions into the system: JV’s, PV’s...)
• Post all Bank transaction
• Preparing financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Responsible for all Bank Reconciliations in order to reconcile incoming/outgoing transfers
• Maintain all Suppliers & Subcontractors accounts (advance/retention/reconciliation)
• Issuing checks for suppliers and Subcontractors and preparing all transfer letters to the bank
• Delivery of checks
• Responsible of all works related to Sama Beirut Project, Sky Gate Project, Sagesse university Project and Head Office Department
• Preparing the payable and receivable reports
• Handle Petty Cash
• Maintain Guarantee file and issue Tender Bonds
• Follow up Labors working on site, company ID, Cards, and claims
• Management of Labors insurance
• Prepare all kind of letters related to the accounting department
(Reduction of guarantee, transfer form A/C to A/C, transfers to
Suppliers/Subcontractors…)
