Providing solutions to all launching & campaigns requirements (elements proposals, POP, window shop displays, etc) organization of gantts (schedules) for launchings, management and negotiation with suppliers, etc.
Responsible for providing solutions for SAMSUNG requirements in all types of retail production; campaigns and launches (furniture, POP, advertising in shopping centers, merchandising, etc.) Management of internal auditable system of requirements and budgets.
National level Visual Merchandising of the brands: Quiksilver, Dc Shoes, Roxy and Fox in the Wholesale, Traditional and Retail channels. In charge of communication improvement projects at all sale points. Design and adaptations of window shop displays, exhibits and POP material, Product launch management, monthly and weekly benchmark reports and implementations.
In charge of creating and adapting layouts for new stores as well as managing them in existing stores. Design of Exhibitions, management of information of Participation of brands for allocation of M2 in store, application of new Store Concept.
Teaching various subjects
related to marketing such as; colorization, store flow, layout diagramming, brand identity, layout of spaces for display on walls, aisles and tables, as well as the various types of display and brand promotion.
In store implementation of campaigns and launch of
collections according to instructions and adaptation
to store according to corner. Coordination and
supervision of suppliers, participation in store setups,
and window displays. Product arrangement, POS
material and props handling. Field force training. In
charge of the Home Deco & children / Ladies: youth
and women.
