•Create new employees, activate created new items, update new product prices in Sage X3

•Manage user accounts, including set up, removal, and resetting passwords in order to ensure confidentiality and proper use through the Active directory server
•Setting up of desktop computers, laptops, and printers for users
•Conduct computer diagnostics to investigate and resolve problems or to provide technical assistance and support
•Refer major problems or defective products to vendors/technicians
•Performing preventive maintenance on desktop computers, laptops, and printers
