In charge of ensuring the acquisition of delegates for different events under the aegis of the group and its various publications, liaising with the target groups, keeping track of the event calendar and sending invites for upcoming events.
Maintaining the customer database, updating data contained within on a regular basis and making calls to customers to verify validity of data and correcting the same as necessary.
Researching and aggregating potential data from a variety of sources in order to maintain database for different magazines and segregating the same as per various demographic indicators.
Ensuring all targets envisaged by the management with regards to delegate acquisition were duly met and ascertaining reasons for drop in achievement if any.
