Establishing Growell Capital LTD license from accreditation to all company procedure.

Recruiting the team and developing the whole structure.

Ensuring that the company complies with its legal obligations to Cysec and implement an adequate internal control mechanism.

Consenting and approving the selection of the third parties, holding the client funds and financial instruments (liquidity providers and banks).

Participating in the risk management committee.

Performing the human resource activity of the company.

Approving / rejecting clients accounts applications and handling client’s complaints.

First contact with the regulator body.
