7 sales representatives and directly responsible for the Sales in General Trade (GT) Channel across UAE with an active customer base of 1800 points of sale and revenue growth of 25 % YOY.
•Reviewed and simplified the range assortment in GT, leading to incremental revenue of 35 % in FY 2013.
•Established process and controls to streamline trade debtor days from 80 to 55 days.
•In alignment with the department manager devised new trading terms with "value and volume" slab-based incentives to drive business in wholesale leading to the incremental business of Aed 5 Million in 2014.
•Slashed market returns of damaged and expiry from 7 % to below 3 % of TO by range assortment and incentives.

•Direct a team of 36 merchandisers and 9 Fillers across UAE, conducting monthly meetings and providing monthly initiative and objectives to the team.

•Liaise the entire thematic promotion project with the Principal, Suppliers, and Trade - On production, installation of promotional stands, countertops, co-packing, BTL, and in-store branding and POSM to support the launch.
