Performed routine check-ups (blood pressure, weight measurement) Cannulated patients before hooking them up to the dialysis machine. Assessed their conditions pre and post dialysis. Handled patients with permanent and temporary access. Changed dressings of patients with subclavian and femoral catheter. Observed patients while undergoing treatment. Rendered health teachings to patients after treatment.Coordinated with patients Nephrologist with regards to their health conditions.
