Job Description
1. Prepare Estimations, Quotations and Drawings for Fabrication For Fire Rated Steel, Wood and Glass Doors and Windows. Including Fire Alarm Systems.
2. Make As-Built Drawings of Supplied Doors on Floor Plans
3. Provide Requested Drawing of Clients.
4. Make Bill of Quantities based on the given specifications and Floor Plans.
5. Proposed Proper Hard wares for doors and windows based on the requirement on the floor plans.
6. Make Documentation on each quotations.
7. Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope
8. Quantity Surveying of projects requirement before and after fabrication and installation.

9. Review employee safety programs and recommend improvements.
10. Monitor the general work environment, inspect buildings and machines for hazards and safety violations, and recommend safety features in new processes and products.
11. Evaluate plans for new equipment to assure that it is safe to operate and investigate accidents to determine the cause and how to keep them from happening again.
12. Documentation of suppliers and Clients Profiles
13. Design special safety clothing and safety devices to protect workers from injury when operating machines.
14. Educate workers through safety campaigns or classes.
15. Analyze the design of buildings and the items in them to determine the best place to put fire extinguishers, sprinklers and emergency exits.

Duties:
1. Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements; researching, designing, modifying, and testing manufacturing methods and equipment; conferring with equipment vendors.
Mainly:
Electrical Wiring Diagram, circuit boards, Emergency buttons, and other electrical components.
Sample Machines: boilers, Water treatment control panels, ater purifier, Compressors, Substations, Air-conditions and Freezers, Laboratory Equipment etc.
2. Analyze and plan work flow and requirements to improve manufacturing efficiency.
3. Focus on the design and operation of integrated systems for the production of high-quality, economically competitive products.
4. Evaluates manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials; conferring with equipment vendors; soliciting observations from operators.
5. Documentation of suppliers and Clients Profile
6. Use specialized software to create models and drawings of products.
7. Research new materials and methods of development.
8. Ensure components and assemblies adhere to applicable industry and business standards
