• Service Desk Management, by owning the IT Support function and directly leading the Global IT Support Team, responsible of delivering IT Support through helpdesk, calls, and instant messaging.

• Network Operations Center (NOC), by managing system monitors and supervise the alerts handling.

• Full support of the infrastructure systems in four data centers and more than sixty network sites, including hardware/software inventory and patch management.

• Proposing design, plans, and programs that boost the effectiveness of the infrastructure systems.

• Maintaining current systems, managing day to day operations of system administrators, backup operations, user accounts and permissions, vendors and contracts.

• Guard the services availability, plan and monitor maintenance schedules to ensure agreed service levels are achieved, resolving complex problems.

• Accomplishing IT Operations human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, and coaching employees.

• Determining IT Operations service requirements by analyzing needs of users/departments, prioritizing modifications to core system applications, and resolve organizational conflict.

• Enforcing policies and procedures, people education, and processes management.
