As a business support in juicy couture, Main responsibilities
• Support sales plans, present future review of the brand collections to customers.
• Relationships with purchaser are established and developed. Provide the best grade of service. Outline areas where the brand can get profit.
• Coordinate with the store staff in developing actions on dealing with customers and ways of improving our services.
• Make strategy for new products and services by analyzing customers demands.
• Research, formulate market and analyze business reports so that the business plans are implemented and grown.
• In order to gain effectiveness in business, it’s necessary to outline targets, strategies and come to implement them timely and strictly.
• Manage the proposal development process and maintain the time-lines for the proposal teams
As an executive administrator of the company, i was responsible for the management of the daily to yearly routines of the company. I was also responsible for the marketing managers calendar in correspondence to sales executives schedules and management meetings. I was also responsible for preparing letters from the company to various customers regarding their Insurance covers. Responses for company inquiry, preparing memorandums internally and externally was also part of my role. I was also responsible for screening the potential sales executives to fill in the positions available.
