Job Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of General Ledger & Cash Book.
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements,
• Administer accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Stork control Analysis of slow moving and non moving stock.
• Reporting to Management regarding sales, purchases and cash positioning and stock details.
• Experienced in preparing Trail Balance and assisting in preparing Final Accounts.
• Assist with payroll administration
• Maintenance of petty cash.
• Assist with preparation and coordination of the audit process
• Working under Alpha Accounting Package.
• Looking after day-to-day activities includes, recording of financial transaction on daily basis.
• Processing accounts payables and accounts receivables - Checking suppliers invoices which includes item description, ordered/purchased quantity etc.,
• Maintaining and controlling accounts receivables.
• Preparation of financial reports monthly and annually
• Coordinating with the departments to maintain inventory reports.
• Maintain all subsidiary books of accounts.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Reporting to Area manager.
