The Department of Total Quality and Institutional Excellence, which was based on studying the impact of total quality on medical services provided to users in a fast, efficient and high quality manner. It was based on competition between hospitals in those who apply quality rules and systems better than others. It is a study based on quality science, stages, rules, systems and analysis. Where it showed the benefits of applying quality in following the modern rules and systems of quality to the extent of reducing wasted time, wasted energies and wasted resources that can be used in developing the infrastructure of projects for the benefit of all.
