Strategic HR Business Partner / Business Division
- Build and develop HR functions to support all Units to ensure all HR matters are given appropriate consideration in both the current and future requirements
- Engage on launching new projects from scratch, even during the bid cycle I provide the support the PMO with the Required forecast needs and data of Manpower.
- Shouldering responsibility of managing entire HR operations and ensure execution of all HR strategic plans.
- Direct Responsibilities related to Organizational Development, Manpower Development, Recruitment, Personnel Affairs, Payroll, Government Affairs, Legal affairs, Employee Relations and Services
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment for any needs within the business area
- Design the recruitment plan accordingly.
- Responsible for looking for and providing qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using the organization's database, networking, Internet recruitment resources, cold calls, media, recruitment agencies, headhunting and employee referrals.
- Strong Sourcing strategies specially technical and commercial industry.
- Assisting recruitment manager in developing recruitment processes.
- Ensure technical recruitment requests are executed within reasonable time frame.
- Preparing and analyzing statistical weekly and monthly reports.
- Develop the recruitment policy of the organization.
- Assist in developing, coordinating and implementing recruitment programs to provide suitable candidates (includes all levels of Saudi / Non-Saudi and Direct Hires or consultants
- Screening and validation of profiles and take care of the senior level hiring arrangement. as well as headhunting those profiles
- Salary Negotiations, Reference Checks, and Offer Letter Generation
- Generating dashboard status update for my team and keep recruitment report updated
- Review the shortlisting resumes and couch my team the technical way to advertise our vacancies as well as headhunting the candidates from the specified companies.
- Personnel Operations and transactions
- Provide orientation for the new hire employees “ Induction Program ”
- Responsible for employees’ SLs and prepare monthly reports to HR VP HR
- Monitoring employee’s attendance and Responsible for employee’s disciplinary action.
- GOSI Coordination employees adding /deletion, manage it with GOSI HQ
- Processing annual vacation and scrutinizing all vacation requests, arranging all travel requirements of employees Visa, Passport, Air tickets.

- Coordinate with the security department about employees’ I.D. badges & car passes.
