As a Regional Coordinator, I am responsible for:

Ensure local implementation and compliance to the global People Processes (recruit, onboard, develop competence, manage performance, and exit) across the region.
Perform local HR Manager role for Qatar, Kenya and Tanzania offices.
Work closely with HR in Oman to ensure strict compliance of HR processes and policies.
Execute HR processes & activities as per Global HR Service Catalogue and ensure deadlines are met.
Provide advice and support on personnel related topics to the local offices.
HR Administrative tasks (employee records especially for expatriate staff, HRIS, LMS etc.)
Assist in rolling out of Global HR activities (Engagement Surveys, HR SLA Surveys, Regional HR Meetings, trainings)
Contribute and facilitate Global HR projects as part of the HR Expert group
Contribute in designing of Group L&D project on Leadership Development Journey Program.
Train HR users on new HR systems
Ensure all bonus programs/agreements are in place and concluded on a yearly basis.
Monitor progress on bonus accruals and forecast payout to ensure payout is within the budget.
Any other responsibilities as advised by HR Director/Management team.
Monitor employee sick leave trend for the region by collating and analyzing the local reports.
