• Monitoring of the company's strategic vision in projects that support the achievement of medium and long-term objectives.
• Support to managers in carrying out the financial/operational feasibility analyses of the projects, calculating necessary investment,
return, payback, etc.;
• Planning for the delivery of the project together to the managers, controlling deadlines and making sure that the delivered product is
in accordance with the initial specifications and with the planned.
• Responsible for the preparation of schedules, timelines, presentations and documents of the whole project;
• Monitoring of the project in relation to the requirements of time, effort and quality, performing status reports according to established
seasonality;
• Monitoring of budget, forecast and provisioned budgets;
• Project risk management, promoting short-, medium- and long-term mitigation plans.
• Responsible for ensuring that the management model implemented in the company is followed.
The Master in Strategic Management (MSM) is an executive programme that seeks to harness all the previous experience of its participants while complementing it with the most up-to-date academic input. The MSM also lays great emphasis on Business Management involving active use of NITCs (New Information and Communication Technologies).
