• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters, including scope,
schedule, budget, risks, and issues.
• Lead and oversee PMC Projects which include managing the following.
• Defining the project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.
• Managing Project Plans, Schedules, and Work Execution
• Managing and tracking project progress, performance, and milestones, identifying and resolving issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Manage and motivate project teams, providing coaching and mentorship as needed.
• Facilitate and minute project meetings and communications.
• Manager project status reports and presentations for senior management and other stakeholders.
• Negotiate and resolve conflict among project team members and other stakeholders.

• Supervise construction sites and contractors to ensure the quality.
• Reviews and approve Schedule baseline, Change orders and claims.
• Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with airports manuals ICAO Annex 14
• Provides technical and progress reports to the top management.
• Maintains project cost, time and quality allied.
• Coordinates and monitors schedule updates, invoices, and long lead submittals.
