Welcomes client by greeting them with friendly smile.
• Refers on clients inquiry such as services, products and ongoing
promotions.
• Makes invoices and taking payments via card and cash.
• Directs client to specific therapist for their service request.
• To ensure client’s satisfactory on their services is being asked every
after services.
• Supervises staff, encourages each of them by upgrading services and
upselling retails.
• Performs staff meeting on their monthly targets and daily
performances.
• Monitors staff on their daily needs likely stock request and the right
consumption of salon
products.
• Makes sure to have zero complain on daily basis by giving the
standard services to each
guest request and expectations.
• Handles clients feedback and complain immediately.
Greets customers at the salon and provide them with the information
of salon services.
• Answers any service related questions.
• Determines customers’ need for salon services by figuring out their
problem areas such
as skin and hair issues.
• Ensures that customers are handed over to the correct hair expert
within the salon.
• Answers telephone calls and provide information to callers.
• Schedules appointments and follow up a call to customers about their
appointment.
• Handles appointment cancellation and shifting duties.
• Collects cash in exchange of services rendered and tender change to
customers.
• Asks for feedback on the services and provide assistance with their
complaints.
• Endorses retail products that the salon is selling by providing
information of benefits.
• Print oust staff rosters and assist salon manager in determining stylist
commissions.
• Ensures cleanliness, neatness and sanitization of salon and
equipment.
Receives inbound/outbound calls for services inquiry.
• Gives proper booking for each clients’ request of services.
• Receives transactions through emails and in-person for services
inquiry.
• Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to salon products and
services.
• Communicates and coordinates with the internal departments.
• Handles and resolve clients’ complaint.
• Wears friendly smile and must be attentative at all times.
• Lists down all the things need to be send to Head Office every after
trading.
• Maintains tideness of the area and all dockets must be in proper
order.
• Receives and process trasactions of cash and card payments.
Performs training to all newly hired staffs.
• Follow-ups customer needs and regular checks of stuffs for daily
needs.
• Acts as in-charge of evry location or area.
• Receives money every after trading from customers daily payment.
• Ends Shift meeting to all staffs.
