This consultancy work commenced with Employee Engagement analysis tasks for a medium size international organization located in Asia Pacific region. The project included management presentation and global report, analyzing the overall results of the organization. Also performing country reports analysis and open comments qualitative analyses, adding a few enhancements to the existing survey. Tasks included strategic design and implementation of the employee engagement initiative. I also performed a performance management plan and an a employee communication plan to guide principals. A process for Employee Exit, Recruitment, Performance management and International assignment was designed.
Another local project that took place focused on Employment contracts for all employees adhering to all contracts and terms and conditions of employment to in accordance with Lebanese labor law and regulations, including social security documentations. The project included updating the organization charts and creating job descriptions for all functions.
