Human Resource: 1) Processing employees' information / transferring/ request/violation or as management requires.
2) Processing bank account opening/activation/replacement/cancellation
3) Submission & Control of Workmen's Insurance/Medical Insurance requests for deletions/cancellation.
4) Ensure safety and monitor expiry of deposited employees passport, labour card, and insurance card.
5) Maintain updated list of employees eligible for annual leave, currently on leave, joined after leave and over stayed for leave.
6) Process employees' passport withdrawals for annual leave, emergency leave, business travel, passport renewal, application for driving license and other personal purposes.
7) Preparation of undertaking letter for resigned / terminated employees.
8) Ticket booking for employees going for annual leave, terminated/cancelled, resigned.
9) Calling applicants for initial telephone interview, schedule qualified applicants for personal interview w/ GM-HO Accts. & Admin.
10) Prepare, facilitate and check examination of the applicants.
11) Ticket booking for hired employees.
12) Providing most aspects of human capital including recruitment, employment process, records management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
