Prepares and analyzes the Market Data Salary Benchmarking by Korn Ferry
covering different industries within the group.
Manages the Job Family Matrix and ensure integration of market analysis,
industry practices and consistency across job families.
Develop Job Roles Assessment and apply grading structures
Develop Job Description for all job roles across the organization and determine
base pay. Create and update compensation strategy through market analysis
and pay surveys to ensure in retaining and attracting talent..
Coach, support, and mentor managers in the application of HR policies and
practices, provide advice and guidance on HR issues.
Oversees all HR systems and processes both for Manila and US Office.
Develop and maintain a human resources system that meets top management information needs
Support the business in attracting, recruiting, retaining and developing people in order to meet the business requirements.

Prepare and communicate the Annual Training Plan, Training Budget, Training Catalogue and ensure proper coordination and scheduling of training activities across the organization.
Facilitate training sessions based on the identified competency gaps and assess training effectiveness.
Support line managers in all training requirements and ensure alignment of competencies in N-KOM Vision and Mission.
Prepare and consolidate the training reports and ensure timely submission to all concerned stakeholders.
Develop and implement and Train the Trainer Certification for all SMEs within the organization.
Design and facilitate the Teambuilding/Team Development Session based on the result of learning needs analysis
Evaluate external training consultant and internal SME's and provide timely feedback to ensure alignment of training needs.
Oversee the organization of Training Centre, which covers both technical and behavioral programs implemented across the organization to promote knowledge-sharing environment.
Review the system, procedures and practices to ensure corporate alignment between organizational vision and plan through to individual performance management outcomes.
Ensure compliance of Training Department with all applicable laws, regulations and standards.
Managed all areas of Human Resources from staffing and onboarding for new employees and sales, Employee Engagement, Training and Development, Performance Management, Recruitment and Employee Relations.
Manage HR functions related to Training, Compensation and Benefits, Recruitment, Labor Relations and Employee Engagement
Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement and environmental policies
Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements
Design training program/and or learning session based on the identified training needs and develop measurement on training effectiveness
Identify and analyze training and development needs within an organization
through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business
managers and human resources departments;
Design and develop training and development program based on both the
organization's and the individual's needs;
Determines training methods to be used, such as individual or group instruction,
conferences, workshops, and demonstrations. Researches and develops
handbooks, models, and other teaching aids.
Managing the delivery of training and development training programs such as
Quality Management Program, Health and Safety, Behavioral Program and
Leadership Program.
Provide analysis on the costs of planned program and keeping within budgets
as against the actual implementation.
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and
discussions with managers
Evaluates external and internal consultant to ensure alignment of training needs
based on organizational requirements.
Manage the training database and ensure updates in a timely manner.
Revise the program as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in
the work environment;
Evaluates employee scores to measure training program effectiveness and
reports findings to management. Recommends changes to improve program
content, and works with management to achieve corporate training goals.

Development Procedures and Training Contract Policy
