Operate Collibri Vaccum Machine and Simionato Logic, apply corrective machine parameters to avoid leakages and pinholes. Adjust fins and transfert sensor if needed. Always check the packaging if theres any deformities in vaccum and always monitored the weight. Always check clearances and fittings of sealing bars and rollers. Perform machine change over, and change over reports in different variants e.g. (200g and 400g variants) Maintain cleanliness of machine and finished daily production report. Report any malfunction in machine to the supervisor, and lubricate machine parts. Perform daily preventive maintenance and minor repairs to ensure packaging machine run smoothly, minimize rejection and raw materials wasteges. Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
for seamer machine; Operate and maintain machine which place ends on the cans. Load the top and bottom domes of the cans into the double-seamer machine. Maintain technical data/records for mechanical/electrical repair and adjustments to assure product conformance.Maintains and repairs fillers, seamers, oiler conveyors, can washers, conveyor belts and other packing related equipment. Change filler formats when needed. Able to setup and adjust seamers to achieve proper seams, according to specifications. Properly lubricates equipment, bearings and gearboxes.

clean up when necessary i.e allergen, inspect product weight, seal integrity, label alignment and
print quality check as per Standard Operating Procedure. Observe for product defects; defective
films, weak seal, leak, pin holes and fill levels (over/under).Perform daily preventive maintenance
and minor repairs to ensure packaging machines run smoothly, and to minimize rejects and raw
materials wasteges. Review appropriate production schedule for the line to ensure correct
equipment set-ups have been made and appropriate packaging materials are present for efficient
productivity. Always follow GMP, HACCP, and company rules and regulations. Finnish machine
report ontime, and ensure adequate housekeeping in work area throughout the day to include
maintaining and cleaning machine before and after shift.
Operate and Set-up Fillpack Filling Machine and Plastic tube Filling and Sealing Machine
parameters, perform corrective machine settings. Operation of machines in accordance to
standard operating procedure. Ensure timely preparation and availability of raw materials to
avoid shortage during production. Observe machine performance and check weights, jars, lids,
production dates and expiration date. Adjust parameters when needed. Perform minor machine
lubrication. Ensure effective mechanical minor adjustment are made in timely manner to avoid
downtime and product waste. Follow all GMP's and all other company quality and safety
programs as they relate to the production department. Actively participate in company safety
meetings and be a proponent of co-employee safety. Finnish daily Operator s report on time.

Perform set-up start-up in different product variants and changeover procedures. Operate
machine of several types at varying stages of the production line. Observe machine performance,
record machine parameters. Apply daily production date and expiration date, check horizontal
and vertical sealing, puffiness, and weigh products after filling to ensure the requirements are
met. Conduct time-based test i.e leak test, puffiness test . Diagnose and troubleshoot minor
machine issues. Always follow Good Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and regulations throughout
the entire production process. Report malfunctions or errors to supervisor immediately and relay
important information about machine issues. Finnish Machine Operators report on time.
Maintain clean and safe work area
Operate and Set-up Fuji, Volumetric Packaging Machines and Form Fill Seal Machines. Set
daily production dates and expiration dates, observe machine operations to ensure quality and
conformity of filled or packaged products to standards. Adjust machine components and machine
tension and pressure according to size or processing angle of products. Perform daily preventive
maintenance and minor repair to minimize downtime and material waste. Checking machines
and staging areas supplied with film, powder and change-over parts. Record downtimes and
changes in machine parameters. Perform cleaning of machine components to proper specification
necessary for change-over. Finnish daily production report and, maintain safe and clean work place.
Ensuring excellent customer service by assisting customers with their needs and inquiries,
managing complaints, and providing timely actions. Operate POS cash register to manage
cash, credit and debit cards transactions for sell items. Explain safety procedure and instructions
to riders. Perform daily maintenance and safety inspection of rides and theme parks and
attractions. Selling and handling out tickets and cards. Monitoring product inventories and
requesting necessary stock and equipment. Maintain clean and safe work area.

Manufacturing Practices, HACCP and regulations throughout the entire production process.

machine issues. Finnish Machine Operators report on time. Aseptic tank and Buffering tank
should sterilised by steam at a minimum temperature of 125°C for 30 minutes. It is then cooled by
water circulating through the cooling jacket. During cooling, sterile air is fed into the tank to
