* Develop short- and long-range strategic plans for effective recruitment, development
and utilization of human resources by liaising with all departments based on their
current and future manpower requirements.
* To discipline employees who committed serious offenses against the Company
standard.
* To coordinate with various training organization and consultant for the training needs
of all employees.
* To coordinate with various employment agencies for the work force supply.
* To manage and supervise the HR/Administration in its day-to-day operations.
* Oversee all employee files and ensure they are maintained and updated in accordance
with the Company guidelines and meet the requirements of Internal Audit
Department.
* Ensure the input for overtime, variable allowances and shift patterns comply with
procedures and that correct payments are being made to the staff.
* Administer and maintain the update and distribution of the Employee Handbook and
ensure it is in line with the Labor Law.
* Maintain performance review system to establish a systematic way of evaluating
employee performance and ensure to provide constructive feedback to employees.
* • Handled the relationship with banks for employees matter & clients such as
Aramco and Sabic .
Responsibilities:
• To manage the payroll annual budget for direct employees & subcontractor
manpower.
• • To provide all visa, passport, medical and other administrative requirement of all
employees.
• Identify appropriate and effective internal and external sources for candidates for
all levels .
• Translate strategic and tactical business plans into HR strategic and operational
plans.
• To control the use of all company vehicles, arrange for maintenance and gasoline.
