- To visit the inspection teams during the inspection to the Early Childhood Institutions and find out to what extent the quality of the inspection visit procedures.
- To write quality assurance reports based on the inspection team and the inspection visit.
- To ensure that the inspection team reports are following the MOE quality assurance standards.
- To update and revise the Early Childhood Institutions framework as and when required according to best practice and the prevailing Laws and regulations.
- Advise and deliver training to new and current on best inspection practices.
- To ensure that all Institutions’ data are filled and updated on the Ministry CRM system.
- To check the quality of the Purpose Oriented Visits and the follow-up visits to the institutions which didn’t achieve the compliance percentage.
- To check the correction plans before sharing them with Early Childhood Institutions.
- To check the quality of the compliance with Covid-19 Protocols and Procedures visits.
- To ensure that 100% of the inspection reports are issued within 24 hours from the time of the visit.
- Proposing and following up on the implementation of at least one innovative idea per year.
- Analyzing the data of the inspection reports.
- Writing the annual final reports.
- To update and revise all the inspection standards and forms when needed.
