As a call agent at customer centricity department I’m supposed to do the following duties:
1.Check policies due date
2.Warning calls for customers to remember them of their due date payments
3.Collect feedback from clients and report it
4.Make a continuous follow up with clients to assure the level of service, collect feedback and solve problems( if ant exists)
. scheduling and managing employees shifts
. monitoring and advice employees
. collecting customers complains
. submit regular report for the manager
General lecturing training about the various departments at Banque Du Liban, such as Accounting, Audit, Finance, IT, Cash Management and Human Resources, and there functionality for a period of 15 days; and the rest 15 days were pure training session at the IT department on Oracle database.
Through my training period at Future Television- IT Department, I was trained on Microsoft Access in order to be able to design the interface, select the wanted entities for the enterprise and then making the corresponding relationship between the entities that were save in the database.
➢ Receiving an A on the senior project- mobile application design. ➢ Discuss a bit about the main courses: o General business courses: A total of 10 courses in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Operations, Statistics, and Business Law. o Computer Programming: It presented the fundamentals of building simple applications that can be executed using the Java and C++ programming languages. o Telecommunications and Networks for Business: It introduced the basics of maintaining network systems, thus it enhanced my fundamental knowledge about LANs, WANs, hubs, routers, configurations, IPs, wireless connections, security tools, etc. o Management Information Systems: This course helped me realize that managing IT resources successfully requires the collaborative effort between the various departments and functions in the organization. o Project Management: It presented the significance of project planning, scheduling and control in order to propose good and fast projects. o E-commerce Systems: It enhanced my capability of developing solutions for electronic commerce models and designing high performance and secured e-commerce systems. o Systems Analysis & Design: It established the process of building, integrating, and implementing information systems through defining the scope, requirements, and logical and physical models. o Enterprise Systems: Such a course was an introduction to the benefits of having an ERP system, and the way it integrates the different systems, functions and departments of an organization; with an emphasis on the well-known ERP vendors locally and internationally. o Database Management Systems: It was a course that combines theoretical and practical applications to design DBMS schemas through analyzing data to solve business problems.
