Implemented PMO Dry Dock Survey timeline and scope requirements to balance reliability tasks and Marine Engineering maintenance which resulted in sustained revenue. Created daily reporting system to update Offshore Services Division, Procurement and Asset integrity, and all stakeholders. •Attained 95% fleet technical availability including defect correction for 43 offshore vessels by formulating a procedure to standardize tasks.
•Directed 26 onshore team members including Field and Electronic Engineers, Technical Superintendents, Mechanics, Welders, AC Technicians, and Electricians.
•Alignment of predictive and planned maintenance plans, effectively reducing downtime and costs.
•Aligned maintenance tasks with Survey schedules reducing downtime for the Fleet
Assisted in directing fleet consisting of crew boats, AHT and fast supply and rescue, and top side maintenance. Planned multi-resource allocation and materials for dry dock surveys retained within allocated budget and time frame. Maintained close communication with vessel management team and coached assigned Senior Officers on all safety, technical, cost, and leadership matters.

•Earned ADNOC initiative second-place award by delivering project brief which recognized areas of carbon emissions and conveyed efforts made to decrease carbon footprint.
Coordinated vessel surveys, dry docking, and offshore accommodation barges and supply AHT. Managed projects and follow-up including post-build classification societies. Controlled financial budgets and cost control for maintenance, repairs, stores, and modifications.
