Sales Approach
 Spearheading complete portfolio of hotel and restaurant projects right from quotations/Purchase orders and project dept transition.
 Monitoring project progress and outstanding issues, developed direct/indirect reports and participating in review process; ensuring the quality & timeliness of the deliverables; reporting on the project’s progress and escalating issues.
 Defining service standards and guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellence in Hospitality Industry.

Pre-Sales
 Effectuating pre-planned sales strategies for accomplishment of performance milestones and developing and sustaining effective relations with clients to ensure repeat sales and services.
 Understanding and coordinating with Hotels IT, Food and Beverage and Marketing team.
 Customization of solutions that meet the requirement of the Customer.
 Giving presentations and demonstrations to the prospective client; preparing and obtaining product proposals (RFP’s/ RFQ’s)

Business Analysis
 Studying business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, event lists, competitive products, task and workflow analysis, and/or viewpoints.
 Mapping business requirements for process enhancements and translating them into functional specifications.
 Analyzing customer requirements and developing strategic plans for business growth for client as well as liaising with the clients to sustain the business relationships with the clients.


Team Management
 Coordinating with KIT project team and Hotel IT Team to ensure smooth process of transition from Sales to project dept.
 Leading, mentoring & monitoring the performance of team members; setting up and maintaining Critical to Quality & Critical to Process targets; ensuring higher productivity in terms of having more meetings and Sales calls.
