databases. I use my expertise in database management
systems to plan,
coordinate and implement security measures to protect

databases. I also use scripts and configuration files to adapt the
database to users' needs.
Maintain SQL Server Database; ensure accuracy of information
and
automate numerous functions.
Monitor and optimize system performance using SQL Profiler
and
Database Engine Tuning Advisor.
Design and implement incremental and full backup and restore
policies and procedures.
Create and implement database design solutions in
collaboration with
programming team.
Responsible for Upgrade, installation and configuration of SQL
server
2005/2008/2012/2014/2016... etc.
Create maintenance plan for corrupted databases.
Migration of databases from server to other server.
Ensure HA solution implemented in databases such as
(mirroring,
replication and failover cluster).
Managing permissions to access databases for end users in all
organization.
Provide full support and ensure the stability of all databases
24/7.
Create documentations for all procedures that are performed in
databases.
We manage and report customer satisfaction data. We help
customers with complaints and questions, give customers
information about products and services, take
orders, and process returns. By helping customers understand
the product and answering questions about their
reservations, we know when to refer advanced issues to
members of the management team.
They are sometimes seen as having a role in sales.
Also handling customer complaints We are responsible for
maintaining
goodwill between the organization and its customers. We
manage and
report customer satisfaction data.
