1. I am responsible for registering all the students on the ESIS System, after interviewing and assessing them.
2. Guide prospective parents through the registration process, supporting the admissions team by answering parent queries and translating for non-English speaking parents.
3. I am responsible to make for them all the certificate (Confirm of Enrolment in our school - Transfer Certificate- Continuation Letters)
4. Reporting Data to the department heads when requested.
5. Maintain all internal and external document templates used in the registration process
6. Update the Head of Admissions weekly on all possible leavers, and coordinate meetings with relevant heads of department where the parent’s issue could be resolved.
7. Process all leavers, coordinating with Finance to confirm their balance is paid.
8. Manage student attendance on ESIS.
9. To be up to date with all changes in ADEK admissions and registrations policies and procedures.
10. Supervise for new student’s assessment and prepare exam assessment and help the parents regarding any question or translation, I also help the teachers if they need any help or if there is any issue.
11. I have full access to the ESIS system (e.g. adding and transferring students, Entering student marks, approval this marks, print the report card from ESIS, Pre-Transition for next year regarding the homeroom- copy staff name assigning students to homeroom classes, adding the class teacher name in ESIS - Reserve the student on ESIS for next year)
12. Assists students, staff, teachers, parents and community members (e.g. applications for services, transporting parents/students, interpreting technical information, etc.) for the purpose of providing and/or conveying information and other services required by parents or teachers.
13. Responsibility for receipt of all emails from ADEK, forwarding all communication to the Principal’s Assistant, and responding to ADEK as requested by the Principal.
14. I am responsible for the ADEK approvals for the teaching staff.
15. I had full experience of Staff Info System at ADEK, Tarasul System at ADEK, Online School License at ADEK System, Online School Activity and all ADEK system.
16. I have approval from ADEK as a registration and admission Admin.
17. Inviting applicants for assessments, Send standard letters to prospective parents / current schools.
18. Ensuring that all records, correspondences and communications are answered and filed.
19. Design of Admission and Registration form.
20. Participate in school activities and celebrations of the UAE by preparing the events or sharing ideas.
