• Managing a portfolio of top tier multinational and regional large corporate customers with minimum revenue of USD250 million, and providing corporate finance and project finance facilities to their local and regional business operations;
• Managing a portfolio of US$ 1B asset base across diverse industries of conglomerates, courier and logistics, construction and retailers;
• Building new business and converting external opportunities to maximize both volumes and revenue, while achieving an optimal customer relationship;
• Ensuring all existing and new to bank relationships are reviewed under the organization compliance policies; and
• Achieving a comprehensive understanding of customer banking requirements.
▪ Preparing financial models (creating projected cash flow models and updating equity valuation models for existing investments);
▪ Analyzing historical and projected financial statements;
▪ Structuring investments and assisting specialized industry teams in executing, negotiating and closing deals, as well as monitoring projects afterwards;
▪ Working closely with IFC Environment & Social, Insurance, Technical, Legal and Financial Operations staff to evaluate, process and supervise investment projects;
▪ Preparing quarterly risk ratings and other management reports with a focus on financial analysis and credit risk analysis;
▪ Monitoring operational and financial performance of clients;
▪ Assisting Investment Officers in handling disbursements, waivers and other client requests;
▪ Analyzing and evaluating portfolio data and preparing detailed presentations to management and for the general use of staff in their business development efforts;
▪ Establishing and maintaining quality client relationships to ensure responsive client service and to enhance new business opportunities;
▪ Conducting industry and market research.
▪ Leading and supervising audit team for conducting various financial audits and due diligence assignments;
▪ Preparing financial statements, related notes, auditor's report, and management letters;
▪ Evaluating, developing and recommending changes in accounting policies and procedures;
▪ Evaluating client's internal controls, developing the important substantive tests procedures and test of details, and performing statistical sampling for testing and evaluating balances and transactions;
▪ Planning and performing physical counts for various types of entities;
▪ Understanding the client’s business, control environment and accounting process;
▪ Performing preliminary analytical procedures to identify unusual or unexpected balances and relationships;
▪ Reviewing working paper file and continuous audit file (including resolution of all outstanding items) and discussing it with the Engagement Manager.
